The Wedding Weekend

Jim and Katelyn’s Catskills Scribner’s Lodge wedding was exactly that, a natural continuation of their engagement moment. The couple was drawn to Scribner’s Lodge for its same sense of understated romance. Rhody was thoughtfully woven into the celebration from portraits and the first look to the ceremony itself.

The wedding design paired Italian café charm with Catskills ease, brought to life through a refined palette of soft plums, shades of green, and crisp whites. Layered tablescapes featured muted sage stoneware, stripe napkins, and vintage-inspired glassware, while relaxed floral arrangements blended creamy whites with rich plum accents and seasonal textures.

As the evening unfolded, the candlelit reception gave way to a joyful dance party with guests filling the floor as the celebration reached its peak when Jim surprised Katelyn by taking the microphone and singing to her, a moment that perfectly captured the warmth and playfulness of the weekend.
