The Onboarding Process

The Initial Meeting

During our first meeting, we’ll focus on creating a financial plan for your wedding and walk you through the details of how we’ll work together in our centralized planning portal. We’ll also spend some time mapping out the first steps we’ll need to check off the to-do list to get the planning process started. 

The Planning Begins

After our initial meeting, we’ll get to work on vendor selection and interviews while you devise your guest list and choose a wedding domain. At every meeting and through every step that follows, we’ll keep you (and anyone who’s involved in the planning process) informed, inspired, and on schedule.

Through wedding planning, coordination, and venue scouting, we make planning organized, efficient, and joyful. You may be one of the few among your friends to say you loved every second of your planning experience.

Plan

We’ve created a bespoke planning process that takes care of every detail imaginable. You will not only enjoy your planning experience but know that nothing will be left to chance. 

Your experience begins with your vision, dreams, and desires. We will create your custom spend guide and welcome you into our planning systems, where you will have access to all your documentation in one convenient location. Whether you’re planning your wedding as a couple or including parents in the process, we make it a streamlined, simple experience.

In the planning phase, we focus on drafting a wedding day timeline, creating your wedding websites, putting together save the dates, securing hotel blocks, and arranging guest transportation. Together, we will make a plan for hiring and securing the services of your vendor team, including your photographer, hair and makeup, videographer, and wedding DJ or band.

If a meeting is coming up, a vendor contract needs to be signed, or a tasting needs to be scheduled, we will notify you at every step. You will never wonder what happens next; you will simply be guided through the planning process.

Simply be present and enjoy as we care for the details of your event, knowing you’ll never have to worry. We keep both the planning process and your event flowing smoothly, so you can focus on what really matters: enjoying your engagement.

Design

Bring on the floor plans, mood boards, floral designs, and mockups! The Design Phase is one of the most exciting moments in the planning process because you’ll begin to see all of your desires come to life in beautifully styled visuals. As you move through this phase, we will design your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and the details of your wedding weekend, including your pre- and post-wedding events. 

With your mood board and design plan approved, we will identify and secure vendors for florals, lighting, stationery, and rentals while ensuring the overall design of your wedding is aligned with your desires. You will truly begin to see your wedding take shape.

Refine

As your wedding date draws closer, we will finalize every detail, from your song selections to your photography shot lists, seating plans, and ceremony service. Together with your stationery designer, we’ll order your day-of wedding paper items and mail and track RSVPs while having final vendor meetings to ensure the team is fully prepared and equipped for your wedding. 

Execute

Your wedding is almost here! In the lead-up to your event, we ensure you don’t have to worry about anything. We’ll distribute the wedding timeline to all your vendors, ensure your guest welcome bags are prepared, lead you through the final venue walkthrough, and coordinate deliveries, finalize rentals, and more.

We take care of keeping your wedding timeline flowing on time — you won’t even have to carry a phone or a watch. All you have to do is enjoy your event — all the planning has come together for you to embrace and celebrate this beautiful moment with your loved ones knowing that we will resolve any issues that arise — you won’t even be aware of it! Your wedding will flow so smoothly that you won’t have to worry about where your guests are, what time it is, or where you need to be for photos.

Wedding Coordination

For couples that have their wedding planned, but require expert support in executing their vision, our wedding coordination service offers couples peace of mind and the ability to delight in their celebration. Leave the details to us, and know your wedding will unfold precisely how you planned and envisioned.

We’re committed to excellence in every petal, note, and detail, ensuring your big day is not only flawless but also leaves a lasting impression. As your wedding coordinators, we will create and finalize your timeline, connect with your trusted vendor team in preparation for your wedding day, and direct your ceremony and reception festivities.

Four to five weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet for a virtual deep-dive session to discover the details of your celebration, then fully execute the details you have planned and prepared for.
