How They Met
Alex and Nicki met on a summer teen tour to France when they were 16 years old. Alex was one of 5 boys with more than a dozen girls. At the time they were just friends and stayed somewhat on each other’s radars but lost touch over time. Nicki briefly dated one of Alex’s friends. Then a couple years later, after coming back to NYC after grad school, Nicki reached out to Alex to catch up… he took it as a date… the rest is history!
The Proposal
Alex proposed on the beach in Miami ~11pm on Christmas night. Empty beach, big moon, very casual! No photographer – very intimate! After Nicki said “Yes”, the two hung out on the beach for a few hours, drank champagne, talked about our life together and their ideas for the wedding.
THE COUPLE’S VISION FOR THEIR WEDDING…
A beautiful, traditional Jewish ceremony that highlights how much they love each other! They wanted to reunite the people that they love but haven’t seen in a while. Most importantly they wanted something unique and fun. Our goal was to have the guests leave remembering the wedding was a fun dance party with amazing food and memories they will share forever.
