How long does the venue scouting process take?

We condense months of venue searching into a single day. The process typically takes about eight hours. At the end of the day, you will likely have made your venue selection.

How many venues will we walk through?

We typically take clients through three to four venues that have been personally vetted for and recommended to them, based on their wedding wish list. From our experience, any more than three to four venues becomes overwhelming and we’re here to show you the best selection and choose the right venue for you.

Do you offer venue scouting without planning services?

Couples may book venue scouting as an individual service. Some of our clients initially engage us to help them find a venue, and then end up hiring us for full-service planning — but there is no obligation.
