The Roundhouse is one of those spaces every designer dreams of working at. The textures, lighting, and grounds are just unbelievable. A lot of the inspiration came from that little black velvet bow tie our groom was wearing. Black velvet makes me think of luxury, elegance, and natural beauty. When I think of New Year’s I think of fun, sparkle, and new beginnings. We certainly combined all of those elements in this shoot. It was our intention to soften the dark and sparkling elements with some florals in shades of white and to give it a little excitement with the fun elements. Of course, a New Year’s celebration isn’t complete without some glitter and a little champagne!
